It’s Arandas decision to make.....
The guy at the Miami Dolphins, who once worked at UW with Aranda, was hired by someone else.

Regardless of who it is, Orgeron makes all the decisions, and I'm 110% certain it will be someone extremely unqualified for the job.

I think that he has probably taken the rants advice and will do a search the likes that most on here will be proud of. Since he is the rants obvious choice of who is next when O fails he’s gonna interview about 25-75 people just so no one will say he didnt do his job.

Aranda doesn't need the rants advice to conduct an actual coaching search. Aranda is much smarter than O and can figure out you don't make hires by going the laziest/least resistance path.

I can assure you that our $2.5 m man will hand pick this position coach. Your bashing of O is not the truth on this hire. O will rubber stamp.

I have to assume in the heavy courting of Aranda to stay at DC he negotiated to have a say in his defensive hires, right? That will interest me.
I do like the thought of another DB coach so Aranda can prepare Raymond for the DC position.

Why do we need a safety coach?
Is Corey Raymond suddenly not good enough? Was his time not being used efficiently before, or will his time need to be used differently this season?
