I don't think they need to leave the state or The PAC 10. Can't beat him hire him.

Harbaugh would be a good choice in normal times, but I don't think he would take it now with storm clouds over LA

I wonder why Stoops name hasn't come up AT ALL? It's come up for every other major job that came available.

Jack Del Rio -- with following a legend and NCAA violations, the job is not as great as one might expect.

Not happening.

Jeff Fisher

The only way he is interested is if he gets fired and I don't see that happening.

Riley

This would be the first choice I believe.

I don't expect Riley to take the job. Corvallis, OR is after all Riley's home town, and Oregon State seems to be stepping up to the plate to keep Riley.

I expect that USC will be forced to go with JDR after Fisher also turns them down.

Agree with both of these posts although I wouldn't be surprised to see Sarkisian (sp?) get the job either.

I don't want to imagine USC with Chris Petersen. That would be scary.

I wonder what he thinks.....heard Carroll said he knows nothing about any incoming sanctions and it isn't the reason he is leaving. Locker would be crushed if he left considering he stayed so he could learn under Sark for one more year. I have wondered about the carroll/sark/mora musical chairs.....

you need to step away from the computer and start watching your back........phil knight knows all! I have heard he is a philanthropist but that doesn't mean he hasn't had anyone whacked for getting in his way or fricking with his product!

ok, now seriously.........don't ever mention that shite to me again.

seriously........He is going to be trying to win the pac ten next year, will be the favorite, and will be the first team in the Pac ten since Oregon won back to back conference championships (outside of SC) if they do so. He loves where he is at.....
