Clemson fans are PUMPED about hiring Dabo, It was the exact opposite of disappointing to them. Even though I tell them he's just like Bill Stewart.

Belichick's record in Cleveland was just under .500, Chizik at ISU was 5-19.
Either way, how often do coaches who have already failed miserably somewhere else get a second chance at a big time program? Obviously, Auburn fans are disappointed because they went from having one of the best coaches in the SEC to one of the worst in the Big 12. Clemson fans don't know what to expect with Dabo.

Swinney ... Clemson was the premier opening this off season and should have been able to have their pick of up and coming coaches.
With the emergence of GaTech, OM and Bama, the continued strength of UF and UGA and the fact that Tenn hired THE hot coaching candidate of this year, I think a lot of candidates saw that AU wasn't really a great job at this time.
