Which coach would you hire if...

you were replacing a coordinator? In other words...which one of these guys do you think is the best at his side of the ball?
Riley
Aranda
Campbell
Napier
Kiffin
Freeze
Tucker
Fickell
BOB(just for the trigger)
To me, it would be Kiffin. I think SW probably wishes Kiff was a more attractive candidate off-field. I don't think Riley can hold his jock from a pure coaching perspective. I think I would probably pick Aranda second, Fickell 3rd and Riley/Freeze would be close at 4.
Give me Aranda or Fickell as HC since Kiff has probably DQ'ed himself. I'm not down on Riley, just not as enamored with him as some. I actually think Napier may be the one outlier that may be a better HC than coordinator. His organization skills are off the charts.

At this point, I would just put all my efforts into bringing Aranda back. He can do as good if not better than Riley and probably get him for quite a bit less money. I also think he’s one of the best on his side of the ball. I agree kiffin is one of the best on his side of the ball.

Rhule's resume' is just ok. He would be the "Lincoln Riley" of the defensive guys on here. I would put Aranda and Fickell ahead of him for DC's.

Cherry-picking games isn't really fair to either. If, given equal talent in the same league, you asked me to pick from the two to run an offense, I'd take Kiff every time. I think Riley is really good but I don't think he's the best. It's JMO though and I was interested in what others thought. Your opinion is as valid as mine and equally as irrelevant

I'm not a "Napier folk" and it's not coming from me. This comes from people in the industry that know him best are privy to the kind of info that leads to this conclusion. I don't want him to be our coach but I didn't want the last two either so....
