Where would Saban to Texas to rank as far as biggest coaching steal?

I am not talking about leaving a smaller or lessor program to an elite school. This would be considered a lateral move my many, a step-up by some and even a step-down by others. So, would this be the biggest coach steal in the CFB history?

Biggest moves I can think of:
Meyer from UF to retirement to tOSU
Kiffen from Tennessee to USC
RRod from WV to Michigan

No where near Saban to Bama in 2007.

Bama was a lost program then. Saban had the balls to come in and clean shite up.

Saban did a great job turning LSU into a power. But that job pales I'm comparison the transformation he put on Alabama.

BUT ALABAMA IS A DESTINATION JOB!

..except that of the last 8 coaches, only one didn't coach anywhere post Alabama: Stallings.

Surprising from a timing standpoint, but USC and Tennessee IMO are not comparable based on "national" perception.

At this point that move is no different than Hallman to LSU.

Wasn't that "When Mamma calls" speech? Hard to claim going back to alma mater as a "steal"

Was a big downgrade in program quality though.
