He would be a pretty good fit at Ole Miss. Plus he would have a few years of lowered expectations while he learns the job. I could see that working out.

I would expect JP to try and land a job either outside the SEC or at least not in the SECW. If he wants to set himself up for a shot at replacing Saban in a few years, he could help himself by turning around a dumpster fire like UNC or Mizzou. He could also be a good choice to replace Petrino at UL if someone snatches him away this year, or Memphis if Norvell gets hired by a P5 program.

McElwain took CSU from 3 wins to like 9 or 10 in a very short period of time. He's a solid coach. He's just too sensitive to get it done at a place like UF.

Does Pruitt have the temperament to be a good head coach? I want to say that I've heard in the past that he can be sort of a hot head.
