When does Florida State finally tell Jimbo to frick off?

I'm not sure if he's getting a raise out of this aTm situation but this is the third straight year he's pulled this. Spare me the "it's business" or "his agent is good" bullshite.
When does the employer finally say, "if you want to talk to other schools and even leave, fine. We wish you the best, but you aren't getting anymore raises out of this shite"?
