My buddy is a "Michigan Man"... he said 90% bc the AD keeps doging the question as opposed to standing by his guy.

50%? 75%? 100%?
His firing could set off an interesting chain of events...
I think its a 50/50. If they do and Miami hasn't hired anyone I think his name will come up. Their recruiting base would fit well into his offence. Harb to the NFL and LM will get some sniff's but it will come down to the money.

above 90% in my opinion
michigan has gone off the grid terrible by their standards and by most schools standards

45%.
I still think there is more of a chance he stays than goes. However, to those thinking he can hire a new DC and that will fix all problems, think again. The talent simply isn't there on defense. I don't think many people, including Rich Rod, realized how little talent Carr left on the team.
I think it takes 2 more years to get Michigan back to contending for the Big10/12 again.

After that pathetic showing at that UM dinner with the team and alumni, or whatever it was, I say 99%. It was absolute BS. All of his whining, crying and pleading to not be fired. He did everything but get down on his hands and knees with tears streaming down his face begging not to be fired.

I would say about 60% if the Michigan guys are right in that JH's number one job wish is Michigan. It looks more likely today than Friday.

He is not what Michigan was expecting when they signed him. His W-L record with that abysmal schedule is not acceptable.
Don't give me:
"The cupboard was bare" - Michigan had more talent than most of the teams they played the last 3 years, regardless of superstars.
"It takes time to adapt to a new offensive scheme" - Still should be winning a minimum of 6 games.
Rich Rod needs to find work elsewhere.
I agree 100%. His succes at WVU was due more to Pat White and Noel Divine than him.
Would be like offereing Chiz at Auburn a job right now based off the this season. Chiz and Auburn would be sucking arse if Cam wasnt on the team.

Disagree. Rich Rod is a very good coach. He and Michigan are just a terrible, terrible fit.

AND Carr didn't leave Michigan with a ton of talent. And Greg Robinson sucks.
If given 1-2 more years, I think RR could do really well. As it stands, they've improved every year he's been there.

I take it you're not counting his FIRST year?
9-4
3-9
5-7
7-5
He hasn't even gotten back to where Michigan was before he took over. Oh and RR ran off Mallett (Arkansas), an offensive lineman starting for Ohio State, and I don't know how many other guys.
Getting better every year doesn't mean much if at the end of it you aren't back to the record that got the last guy fired.

This - I mean seriously, Michigan has had MORE TALENT than 80+% of their opponents the last couple of years. Don't give me the cupboard was bare. He should absolutely get canned.
