What would be the feelings on a scale from 1-10

if les announced that GC would be leaving, but that no OC would be hired and Les would take over OC Responsibilities himself. 10 being good, 1 being puking in the bathroom.

Almost always a bad idea for a HC to be OC.

it'd be more like Stud becomes OC, we get a QB coach, and Les calls plays. oddly enough, I'd be ok with that. I don't think Les would be schizo with his playcalling for some reason. he'd probably do the opposite and call some stuff too much.

i would be OK with that. he's a former OC and he played oline. maybe getting up close, roll up the sleeves and get down to brass tacks (fundamentals) is what he SHOULD do. if not he as OC, get micro with whoever is. by micro, i mean manage every day, manage close up, view every players development, etc. let the OC know you aren't stepping back til the problem is friggin' fixed. make him work his arse off just to get rid of you.

cant be much worse than 112th... we would have a strong argument to petition for 6 timeouts a half too. Think of how tough it would be for les to call plays AND worry about clock management
