Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Jahmyr Gibbs is the best RB in the SEC.

Spencer Ware for a year. Chris Jackson too (the kicker), but that was a while ago.
Talk about a RB that does everything. Tough as nails, blocks, can catch the ball out of the backfield. There's an NFL team out there that's getting a big 7th round/UDFA steal.

A John Chavis led defense gives up a 91 yard 2 minute drill for the L. Color me shocked

Baseball needs to deliver this year. This athletic program needs to compete for a title in 1 of the big 3 soon.

I feel much better than I did a week ago. I was waiting to see the thread where Hawkins and Vadal officially declared for the draft, but it never came!

Let's see how the recruiting class finishes up. LSU certainly has a ton of potential for 2015.

This makes the Steele hire a lot better. Recruiting should get a nice boost.

Yesterday I thought we'd be without a coach by the end of 2015. Now I'm not so sure. Not saying it will or won't work, but I'm behind this now.

Wow. Well, who do we like for head coach in 2016?
Get Alleva out of BR

ETA: This probably ends Miles too. Let's see who the final hire is
Need Alexander and Hawkins back IMO. Even then, will LSU get the mediocre QB play needed to be successful?

Mett in year 2 under Cam was light years ahead of Mett in year 1 under Cam, but Jennings doesn't have the ability Mett does. We'll see, hope Harris emerges this summer.
You realize the last time Ohio St beat LSU the Seniors in college right now were 4 years from being born?

re: Hunter news?

Please let it happen. LSU needs him

2-9. Real dominant.

Blind squirrel meets nut
Hope he plays well at the next level. Kwon left AL to wear P&G, and fought his heart out for LSU. I'm forever grateful to him for that.

Very excited about the skill players LSU will have next year, but the Tigers need some thumpers to come back. We need good news from Hunter, V. Alexander, and Hawkins.

Good luck Kenny! One of my favorites
If he's making a business decision and doesn't pick LSU then he probably shouldn't major in business.
So Collins and Kwon are gone.

Any news on Hunter, Mills (know he said he was coming back, but we haven't got final word after the game), Hawkins, Dural (see Mills), and Vadal?
Pray to God it isn't Steele

If it is though, Les has dug his grave and we'll be starting over in 2017. Maybe it's for the best
Honestly, probably nothing. But if there was a large enough push from the fan base to give a guy at least a look, it could at least plant a seed to those in charge.

Could just be naive thinking on my part.
I don't have Twitter or I would. But people please tweet it out.
It's over and he's gone. Screw him, move on

re: Coach O as a position coach?

Make him say no to it. He and Pendergast have a good relationship, so he may be willing to work with it if we have Clancy as the DC
Pendergast and O are close. That's what I'm going on here. LSU can make room for a LB coach I think
Having these 2 would bring in a great game caller and technique coach along with the intensity and swagger that LSU defenses used to have.

We better be on the phone before Moo St starts their search tomorrow
Guy seems motivated and ready to get back to coaching. I see no reason why this can't happen, but I'm not an insider.

Anyone with any more knowledge?
