What happens if we do squeak into the national title game?

How does the whole Miles situation pan out then?

I know it's far-fetched, but let us for a moment assume that OU beats Mizzou, Pitt beats West Virginia, and LSU beats Tennessee.

ESPN's BCS Guru Brad Edwards said "I will assure you if those things happen, LSU will get into the BCS championship game. Oh yes. I'm not lobbying for LSU. I'm just saying that's how the voters will see it."

Wouldn't that throw a wrench into this whole coaching carousel? Obviously, Miles to Michigan would either have to be put on hold for a month, or Michigan would go after someone else. What happens with Bo and GC?

Side note: I doubt we get all three of those games to go our way, but I do believe that Pitt will give West Virginia a game ... WV has never faced this kind of pressure, and Pitt is not the horrible team that everyone is making them out to be ... yes, they are certainly not a good team, but they've had their moments, i.e. Cincinnati win, and are very capable of and talented enough to win any game they play.
