Is that what the binder said, or am I misremembering it? Seems “interview the best coordinators in the country” would be more appropriate.

O has made 4 coordinator hires to date - no big winners. The 5th hire is shaping up to be in the same boat

I've said it before. The best don't want to work for somebody who are a worse coach than they are.

This can only mean that Freeman wasn't the best.

Phew, dodged that bullet.

Retaining Aranda and hiring Brady to revamp the offense were great moves. Dumb as hell not to give him credit for them.

We’ll see who he hires now that Freeman is gone.

Nobody will truly replicate Dabo.

Dabo plays in a shite conference where traditional powers like FSU, Miami, Va Tech are a shell of their former selves

He’s got an easy path to playoffs

O stepped in it with the DC hire by running his mouth, but there’s nothing wrong with his OC and PGC hires. They look damn good and like a perfect fit with our players and system.

If he blows it after missing on Freeman, fire away. Let’s at least see if he can recover.

The coaches interviewing can probably smell O’s desperation.

Brady was one and done, good move for that season. Aranda was on staff and was getting paid.

So again, he's made one good hire and zero good coordinator hires. Imagine if we had Bo last year, we ain't winning the title, so thank you Les Miles.
