This is what happens when UK steals your whole staff. It weighs on a man. So he takes a step down in jobs and goes to UT, where he gets pummeled by his former staff year after year.

I couldn't agree with you more. If Jimbo is a top coach, he would dominate that conference as much as Bowden dominated the ACC in the '90s and Pete Carroll dominated the Pac-10 in the '00s. But he has losses to absolutely shitty teams every year and only has a 29-10 record in the abysmal ACC with the other top program in the conference (Miami) struggling. I'm not very impressed with him.
