I really hope they keep him. He always puts up a great challenge when we play him. Such a great competitor

Thanks. This puts my anxiety over our situation into perspective. I could be an aggie fan right now :-)

Can't imagine it'll be this year. Too many big schools looking for too few good coaches.

Why would A&M pay out the huge buyout then try and get into a bidding war with other bigger colleges. Hell, Texas might not even fire Strong yet.

This is a bad year to look for coaches, as we're seeing first hand right now. I wouldn't want to pay that kind of cash to jump in right now.

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton won't allow it to happen.

Fricking this.

What will happen if both Sumlin and Strong get the ax.

They'll both have to move to Texas.

Better grab Herman now before both the A&M and Texas jobs are officially available!

True, but when have they ever hired the right coach? Remember when Chavis was the last piece of the puzzle? They have a head-scratching history of hires going wayyyyyy back.

The right coach can definitely win at A&M. Hope they never find him.

Manziel gave them no reason to expect to beat LSU.
