Well, sorry you got trolls. Every message board gets them. I certainly wasn't arrogant nor did I think it was a sure thing. I said I didn't think he would go to LSU (thought he would stay with New Orleans), but it is what it is.
Would I, and every other Tennessee fan, like to have had him? Absolutely. But you got him more money than we did and it's in his home state, so you win. It is what it is. I like LSU and hope you are successful with him (not against us, of course).

I don't know. Kiffin had only been allotted so much money for coaches as far as I know. I figured O would get about 500,000 if we were going to get him.
