i have no doubt they are going to hire some figure head who wont have actual play calling duties but still, dont those still usually go to guys with some play calling experience

Coach O on his last leg was able to hire Davis after Spring Practice to fill a vacancy left by a guy we had to fire because he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. The fact that he jumped at the job when there was every reason to hold off tells me all I need to know.
I’m not losing any sleep over Jimbo on this one.
