There should be a month of “I told you so” on this board after O is fired.

Actually there should be permanent-bans for every mfer on here that pumped Orgeron.

Then after Steve and O crash the car next year, LSU will fire Steve, add him to the book of buyouts owed by LSU, then add some mediocre OC

Then all of 2019 its "new system, we need time"

Got dammit stop, my blood pressure is going up.

Steve is a great tiger, and that charlatan Orgeron would do this shite too.

Saban hasn’t built a machine because his Xs&Os are so far above the competition, it’s because from an organizational standpoint he’s just on another level than everyone else. He has a vision and his staff is in unison with it.

O just seems like a big child running for class president that tells everyone what they want to hear for approval “pizza day every day if you vote for me!”

The really crazy part is every Miles OC struggled with his meddling but also the 20hr rule makes it difficult to teach HS kids the nuance of running a pro style offense under center. What makes CEO think this ancient offensive staff is going to be able to fix that?

In 2018 spread is all over HS, why try to undo all of that experience with just 20hrs per week to work with kids?

I wonder which 60+ year old OL coach that hasn't had a job in a decade O is gonna hire

This was my main issue with the O hire, its nice to have excellent coordinators on both sides of the ball but it won't be able to truly hide the flaws at the very top. Its not that simple, you need a clear vision at the top who can orchestrate all the details to the bottom. Its very precise, and extremely difficult to accomplish.

I’d like to add to this, the fundamentals on defense are the best in college. Especially tackling

I have lost excitement for LSU football

The only excitement left is watching this mother fricker burn to the ground. With Miles, it was a slow, steady, painful decline. With O, it will be a raging fire about the middle of next season.

He wants desperately to be paid to go away.

He is a tremendous fraud and a burden to us, now.

May he rot in hell with Aleva, the donor class and the BOS.

LSU will live to see them all suffer their legitimate fates for this miserable treason and abuse.

If we could string them up, we would.

GEAUX TIGERS!

Because Orgeron has zero foresight and is a fricking idiot.

A bama poster highlighted the failure of the coordinator driven program by relating it to Dubose. He said ultimately the kids and Asst Coaches don’t respect the HC and it causes cracks in the program that become unfixable

Right O has no clear vision..Once he missed on Kiffin there just seemed to be no back up plan of what he wanted run. I liked the Canada hire but other than being a name, he didn’t really mesh with Os previous statements on what he wanted

We also learned in one year the fallacy of the super coordinator model. On one end you saw how hard it is to fire these guys when you realize it’s not a fit. On the other...even if successful you’re going to have to fend off suitors so to maintain continuity you’re going to be forced to pay a bigger premium. The turnover is too constant
