Big question about Fedora is, does he bring Manny Miles home?
Also, since Les Miles was quoted as saying, "you betcha," when asked if will change his offensive thinking, along with reports that he wants Steve Sarkisian as his OC wherever he lands, we could always bring him back if our other choices don't pan out.

This is a cop out if true. Yes, they can pay more than we can. But what is the number that tips toward "he's not with it" or "we're not going there"? We outgained Florida 423 to 270 yards, many of which Florida got on one play. The 2 turnovers absolutely lost the game. But the 3rd and goal from the one yard line the absolute worst call ever! Still, not an abomination by coaching staff. This one is on players. Players make mistakes. Not always on the coaches.

Yep. Everyone's always looking for a quick fix or one man to blame. The coaching was great besides the full back dive (worst play in football IMO) and it's been great the whole time O has been at the helm. Not saying I want him over Jimbo or Herman but the two losses aren't his fault.

After Fisher and Herman, I really don't have a problem with keeping current staff and going after top notch OC. Offer Ed a 3 year contract with incentives.

- Jimbo needs to be option 1, its a safe home run hire
- Herman should be option 2. It's a risk, its bold but it may be what we need to beat Saban. Herman and Aranda could do wonders. Only thing I worry about is if LSU is too big for Herman, thats why its a risk. But I think its worth it.
- Option 3 has to be Coach O, but only if he gets Kiffin. Give Lane the assoc HC title and let him have full control of the offense.

While I'm pissed about the outcome and done with O because of it, I 100% agree with this. Miscues inside the 20 were the reason we lost this game (fumble, botched FG) ... semed to be a decent game plan and LSU moved the ball on offense, and played good D save 1 long pass play and 1 long ground-it-out drive.
While I put this game more on the players than O, I still "internally" needed him to win out for me to personally even give him legitimate candidacy. Not only did he not win out, he lost 2... That's not good enough for someone without a qualidied HC resume.
