Eh, give him a break. First year there and I doubt they're running the same offensive system Leach had been using, thus having personnel "fit" issues. Though, I haven't seen them play so I can't be certain on that.

You're out of your mind if you think USC has elite talent right now and nobody would even think of Kiffin for another coaching job.
