Thanks. We just hired our strength and conditioning coach and our special teams coach. Did you see the news? and he does plan to retain a few as well on staff. I could give a shite that Napier left. First off, with all the talent you have in Florida he really should focus on that area. Hiring Juluke to have an inroads to possibly get citizen? I know that’s part of his thinking. And fine by me. Good luck. I am happy as hell for all your hires.

Gee, I would hope being the lone big boy in LA that it wouldn’t take much to “lock down LA” recruiting
But the fact that you have to say that tells me that you guys have struggled in that area when it should be a foregone conclusion that other teams weren’t poaching LA boys

Juluke was fired at LSU. You think he moved voluntarily to Lubbock and ULL?
He was in charge of running backs in Fournette’s injury-filled season so not sure Fournette is a feather in his cap. Guice had some great games though. However he whiffed on recruits like Cam Akers and Travis Etienne.
Of the New Orleans guys on staff, he had the least impact in recruiting.

Trust me, Juluke isn’t a case of sour grapes.

Is an excellent recruiter. He just shouldn't be in charge of too much on-field coaching.
I think he got nominated for a Broyles actually this year as DC of UTEP? So maybe even that has improved.

Imagine LSU fans being interested in a rival’s coaching hires when those hires are directly related to recruiting in Louisiana. It’s almost like this is a board specifically created for these discussions.

Napier isn't that big of a threat in recruiting LA, its alot different game when you try to recruit the star players that LSU wants vs getting to eat off the scrap table.
