Really?

Shouldn't that be the opposite... getting a penalty for not making standards?

In his list of incentives, meeting academic standards is almost as valuable as making a BCS bowl. Am I the only one who thinks ASU's priorities are fricked up?

I agree.
Bama was smart enough to do this with sabans contract even though they had to offer a couple million for evey few years he is there.

You can look at it that way if you want.

It's $150K of his base that he doesn't get unless standards are met.
