But why would Feldman or Miller run with “Riley to LSU not gonna happen” if it came from OU sources?
Why would he even be getting a quote from them in that context, they wouldn’t have any way of knowing if it’s going to happen or not. Only LSU and Riley would know that and could be a source on that.

Not directly from OU. But there are people who are close to OU and close to those type reporters. Those reporters likely have many sources around every program.
Appreciate the questions you ask. All of this is new information to me as well.
I plan on creating a thread shortly after I get more information. But I’m still sticking with Riley until otherwise.

I get that, my only point is Feldman wouldnt be going to OU people to find out if there’s any truth to the Riley-to-LSU rumors.

Right and so why would LSU sources who actually truly know tell him the truth? Wouldn’t they want to shoot down the rumors before the deal is signed? I would say a giant yes..
