I swear, I think "Tigerdroppings" is the most insane board I've ever visited. I think the upper age limit must be 17. They've set up a special board just for rumors about coaching changes. 90% of them think Saban to LSU is a done deal. The rumors and sources get shot down one by one (no police escort in BR, turns out he wasn't even in BR), but nothing slows them down. There's a psychological phenomenon known as "folie a deux." In that disorder, you have two nuts feeding off each other's delusions (think Don Quixote and Sancha Panza). What they have over there is "folie de un grand nombre." It's hundreds of nuts feeding off each other's delusions. One thread was titled "what if Saban doesn't come here." One of the responses was "We'll go back to trashing him again." They seem to be totally unaware that, even if there were a remote chance (and there's not) he'd go back there, they have alienated him totally by their trashing. Why would he go back to some place where they've called him every dirty name in the book?
