Sorry but I just don't see it happening. In the scenario you proposed O is gone due to title ix. I highly doubt O gets fired and the rest of lsu football comes out clean. How would Woodward hire a big time coach at lsu when they would in all likelihood be under sanctions from the NCAA?

Last year they hired a bad candidate
This year the 2 guys they went after were the best candidates. Do you want them to go after easier gets but not as good DCs?
