Schiano is 54-54, at the time he was getting all the love his career record was worse. The end of 2006, the peak of his stock he was 30-41).

I don't see at all how this is a reach.

Toss out Kelly's Grand Valley games because it is D2 and his record is 52-22. Still vastly superior to Schiano.

For the record I think Schiano is a hell of a coach. He just should have gotten out when the getting was good in 2006.
