Tee Martin seems to be the only one that really wants the job - give him the damn job and be done with it. His recruiting and hiring a competent staff might be the best option.

Looks more like its going to be Steele. I think it cause Fulmer want to be really involved with the team as well. So UT threw a shite fit over Schiano, and the AD got fired over Leach. Now you get Steele/Fulmer as HC
