Indeed. When Texas and Oklahoma join the SEC it becomes much harder to be a champion, USC has much less stress to meet their expectations.

No way USC offers him 12 and sets the market. The Pac12 is on the verge of bankruptcy. They do not have a favorable ESPN renewal coming and they were paying Helton cheap. It looks like he didn't get an offer.
