Obviously we're dying to know if Riley will "back out"/stay at okie, but I'm afraid we simply have to sweat that possibility until after the reg. season or after b12 champ if applicable. I mean we can't ever really KNOW anything until it occurs. I just hope like hell that Woody gets what Woody wants.

Good point, this shocked me because Vince and I had been out of touch since I moved to Arizona, and he didn't have my new (AZ) ph #, but my sister told me she gave him my # the other day. I just hope his guy Billy is a high quality "sauce." I feel that he is because he lives in Country Club of LA and is extremely wealthy, so hell he's probably DIRECTLY helping to pay for some of this LOL.

So is it grand total 15 M per year (INCLUDING assistants' salaries)? That's what my cousin, Vince, texted to me, but I'm never sure anymore whom or what to believe.

If Riley got 12 the total would be WAY more than 15m.

Hell coordinators make 1.5-2 each. I would assume 8m is a good allocation for assistants.

I.e. total coach salary pool would be 20ish

If Riley is the HC we don't need to spend that much on an OC.

True but you're probably still looking at 1.8-2M for DC. And 800k OC.

If the rest avg 400k that's another 2.4m not counting analysts.

Yeah, I see your point because we were paying Aranda 2.5 I believe I recall. Dang, maybe his "near 15 M" was only for Riley. But that is obscene if true!

Let’s just say I’m very much closer to pushing up daisies than getting my driver’s license and every time I see your posts I admire those pictures. Hell, I look to see if you post!

That picture by your name is nothing short of outstanding. While I don’t cock my pistol but every blue moon, I think I would have to take a shot at letting that thing kill me with viagra. Brilliant full bodied woman.

Vince texted that the back n forth has been on assistants' salaries, which as I replied back surely "LSU" will open the checkbook as bigly as need be. He said, yes, last text from his booster pal, Billy, (to him) said "near 15 M," which is total including assistants.

$15 million for the entire staff would be way too low if the head coach is making 12.

A good DC alone will be over $2 million.

That leaves $1 million for an OC and every position coach.
