Hell your first paragraph contradicts itself. Gilbert since day one and was offered with the promise he could bring his staff. Then coach o doesnt approve and nixed it. Who offered Gilbert then? The entire administration went behind his back and offered Gilbert then O said no? That makes no sense. Stop trying to be an insider. You obviously don't have a clue here.
