If that is the case then Miles should be making 7 million.
STFU dude. One of the resident LSUAD flunkies that monitor this board will inform "Snow Peas Joe" about this comment and he'll procede to give Les another raise and extension based on that big 7 point win over a slow Big10 team.

Could be good. Need a few years. Def overpaid, but hey. I don't think he will have a problem recruiting, but like others said... only been a hc for a short time. He's bout to run with the big boys wonder if he can handle the pressure. Just this proves again that LSU fans that want les gone are idiots. Your not just going to be able to get whoever you want.

you will never be big brother get over it

anyway the SEC dogged a bullet with him not coming back to his roots. But the Big 12 is proper fricked. Lville can't miss on his replacement or their program might get kragthorped again and the ACC added a doormat.

Strong is a rely good coach, but it is an odd hire after all the shite UT talked about their money and ability to get anyone. It would appear they were told no a lot.

Strong can be successful there based on getting the right staff.

Average coach at best. Needed a black HC to compete on same homey level as A&M.

Honestly, Strong has very poor speaking skills and he will be a disaster on the LHN. Little difference between listening to him and a d-lineman from rural MS.

Clearly UT was turned down many times.

Strong is not a media person. He will hate it down there dealing with it.

Strong deserves 5 million more than Sumlin deserves 5 million.

@ the Aggies leftovers comment......Yall fricking crack me up.

Now we have Texas with a black defensive minded coach in an offensive minded conference.

Then we have Sumlin a black offensive minded coach playing in a defensive minded conference.

We will see which philosophy wins out.

UT will Coach him up just like LSU revamped Saban. But I don't think he sounds or talks bad. He's not a Big fan of the media though.

Staff meeting going on now. ESPN Radio 680 in Louisville with a special on right now covering this. Small contingent of UofL fans outside the building showing support for Strong

If thats true....

I guess you could make the case (no pun intended) that Swoopes RS year was burned?

Unless its assumed that Heard will over take him.

Exactly. Do people realize when Teddy was committed to Miami...

that Miami fans thought he was Jacory Harris 2.0 (and thats not a good thing)

Teddy really improved under Strong. Some thought he'd be a WR in college.

You're hanging around some dumb mofos if they thought he'd be moved to wr.
