He is not all that great, I'm hoping for Walker or Mallory.

Herbstreit was just reiterating that Miles was taking him to Michigan with him.

Ok, I can understand Walker, but Mallory over Tenuta?

If we are sitting back and having to make a choice between Tenuta and Mallory, it is a great time to be an LSU fan. I would personally like Mallory, a great recruiter and I think he'll be around a couple of years longer than Tenuta. However, i think that tenuta would be a great fit at LSU.

Ok. GT game is over and so is the Michigan game. I'd say if it doesn't come out today that Tenuta is going to UM then it changes the likelyhood of him coming to LSU from 50/50 to 80/20.

Thoughts?

I agree, but if Tenuta is going to Michigan, what reason does he have to wait until after our game?

sorry, I misread your post. I thought you were saying that a wait made LSU/Tenuta less likely.

No, no. 80% to LSU/20% to Michigan.

That is unless Miles and Tenuta haven't talked yet, and he wants to wait to see what LSU is going to offer before he gives Michigan an answer. But I seriously doubt that Miles hasn't talked to him yet.

Les doesn't want to give credibility to Herbstreet who correctly reported that Tenuta was going to be Les's D. Coordinator. The part he got wrong was that Les was going to Michigan.

Probably doesn't want to announce a new staff until after MNC.

Wow, all it takes is one game for people to turn on Tenuta?
