Strategy question. Do you announce first… or team meeting first?

Bruce Pearl couldn't even get a retirement video posted before the news leaked.

Leaks are unavoidable once shite starts happening involving the players.

Announce it; players aren't dumb they know its likely coming. As soon as you call an unscheduled team meeting they will know why.

He should be allowed to address the team at next scheduled Team Meeting.

If this deal had been “done” like so many believe, he would have talked to his team a week ago. Everything points to a decision coming down to the wire.
