My comment would be a hedge IF I was calling my shot in the OP. I'm not at all. Even if Kiffin is announced tomorrow you won't find me on here crowing about it. I haven't broken anything on Kiffin.
In fact, the only reason I posted anything at all was because of the "no backup plan" part. That's the only new news.

Dilly was pretty adamant Saturday he's staying at ASU. But I've heard rumblings that there were at least some exploratory discussions/interest from LSU. I hope this still has potential if Kiffin is a no-go.

Unless he felt really confident a deal with someone was already in place. Still id agree it would be wise to vet potential other options just in case.
