Tradionalist thinking -
Lincoln Riley - OC Oklahoma - Current Salary $850,000

Mostly living off of the two Baker Mayfield years. Is Mayfield a product of Riley or vice-versa? The ECU years aren't nearly as impressive.

Current HCs that would get a raise -
Jeff Brohm - HC W Kentucky - $800,000
Jason Candle - HC Toledo - $675,000

Both have lead impressive offenses & would be reluctant to leave their HC gigs but we are able to float some lofty figures out there with the $ we are saving with O.

NFLer -
Greg Roman - unemployed

Rex Ryan scapegoat that made Kaepernick & Tyrod Taylor look like good QBs. The Cam Cameron comparison is inevitable.

No HC is going to take a step back to come here to OC

Yes Roman would be compared to Cam mostly because they're both frequently fired for being shitty

Applewhite, Kendall Briles, Noel Mazonne along with Kennedy.

Sark would be a tough pull since it looks like Kiffin isn't staying there, no matter what. But he would probably be good here.

ETA- It may be a year too early, but Chip Long at Memphis is another guy who runs a balanced spread that puts backs in space and uses the TEs well in the pass game. He would work well with our roster makeup.

Sarkezian. I think the Louisiana culture would really do him some good.
