If Sloan hasn't been named offensive coord by now it has to be outside hire No reason for it to take this long to promote him especially after getting Underwood commit
If we somehow did get Grubb, maybe Kelly tells Sloan there’s a good chance Grubb will only be here for a few years and then he can take the reins.
