You are right, but Hoke has just 3 winning seasons in 8 tries and is averging 6+ L's a season while coaching in two pretty low ranking football conferences.
He might turn out to be a great coach, but if I was a Michigan fan I would have to ask: "Are you freaking kidding me!"

Haven't heard that. What I've heard is all of the Boosters want Harbaugh. Everyone you talk to up here wants Harbaugh. Who I'm hearing doesn't is Mary Sue Coleman. As far as I'm concerned, if true, she should stay out of this search, considering what happened with the last one when she got involved.
The last person any fan from what I've read and heard wants is Hoke. We would have rather stuck with RR for another year. So, if DB and MSC think they can come out with Hoke and it's going to unite this fan base, wrong.

Thanks um, that's good news. I think Harbaugh is the perfect fit and I really hope you guys get him. In my opinion, he's worth $5M or more on his ability to unite the fan base alone.

Well, from the press conference. The search hasn't even started yet, so this is basically like 2007 all over again. And sounds like Brandon isn't even going to attempt to contact Harbaugh. ugh.

That's what is giving rise to the rumors of political issues in the UM AD. But Brandon is new so I have to believe those issues have been corrected. UM doesn't need any further embarrassment re the AD in 2007.
I think there are a lot of back door negotiations going on with Harbaugh's agent/representatives now. Make it happen guys.
