I’m all in on whatever needs to happen. I’d rather have great coordinators than quick hires.

I think not having coordinators by Wednesday hurts in the short term; but maybe if it means we get better long-term hires, waiting until after early signing is worth it.

I'd rather us make the right hire as opposed to a rushed hire to introduce to the recruits this weekend.

Same, that would have been the most ideal situation.
I have to believe we aren't announcing because of the CFP and NFL playoff hunt. There could be other reasons but I think BK's CEO model leads me to think he's looking for cerebral guys that he can turn over the O(will have his imprint) and D to.
These sort of hires take time, unfortunately for us and ESD.
Still, I have confidence in BK and FW

Who cares? Dan Lanning is getting announced as Oregon's HC (kinda lol). This really shouldn't matter at this point. If it's an HC I get it, but for coordinators it doesn't make sense.
So LSU is going to wait until the NFL season is over to announce the OC or DC? Wow...doesn't seem like a smart move.
