We win with either guy regardless. I’m fine with either one. That should be the final 2 lists of all lists... can’t be mad at either hire

If only they could be Defensive Head Coach and Offensive Head Coach and we had a $22million Head Coach budget.

So, that’s pretty much the role of the coordinator’s on each side of the ball. There only needs to be one chief, and that is the role of the HC to bring it all together

Aranda barely has a winning record and no way is Riley worth 12 plus million dollars a year.

Meanwhile, the best coaching candidate by far is Lane Kiffin. As he is infinitely far more experienced relative to Aranda and not only could Kiffin be hired for half as much as Riley, but he is also a better offensive coach relative to Riley.

Moreover, in Kiffin's first full season at the helm at Ole Miss, that train wreck he inherited in Oxford is already 8 & 2 after taking Jimbo Fisher and his A&M Aggies to the woodshed last night.

Name another head coach in the SEC that has been as successful as Lane Kiffin has in this 2021 season. No one can because there is no one.

Not to mention that Lane Kiffin got the Ole Miss gig because of his successful head coaching run at Florida Atlantic.

What more does he have to prove? Nothing.

Lane Kiffin is the perfect candidate to become the next head coach of LSU and no one can prove me wrong. So downvote away.

Didn’t he have a losing record in 2019 at FAU?

He got the job because OM needed a name.

He had one bad season, but it was because of the players he inherited and not because he did a bad job.

No, he got the job because he is one of the best head coaches in college football and the proof of it is his current 8 & 2 record at Ole Miss in less than two full seasons.

As he is doing it with far less talent relative to teams like LSU and A&M. Plus, he had to deal with a ton of injuries this season.

Bad enough players to go 11-3 the year before?

I'll ride with an Aranda hire - but I don't want to hear it if Kiffin at UF kicks the shite out of Riley and Riley goes 9-3 for the next 3 years

ETA: This is me not supporting Riley being Top 2

If you’re gonna do that, give me Del Rio as DC and Doug Pederson as HC and OC.

I'm with Lane Kiffin. His offensive prowess is second to none....none! He brings a balanced attack.

He inherited a team that was laden with junior and seniors, but who was not laden with freshman and sophomores. Hence, he was great in first season and not so great his sophomore season. Then he was pretty damn good the rest of his run.

You're obviously too intellectually dishonest to answer the question honestly.

Nobody is talking about one season but instead his entire run at Florida Atlantic.

As successful? Your right, nobody else is 8-2.

More successful? Saban & Smart.
