The Rooney Rule is a great way to mock the PC attitude in America. The owners make a huge joke out of it

He's a rising star in the industry. Wouldn't shock me if he's the choice.

It is a joke. This nation was founded on racism and oppression. Why pretend it will ever go away?

I feel like the Rooney Rule is, unintentionally, more racially insensitive than not even considering a black candidate.

He's been coaching in Philly since 2011. RB coach for at least 3 years.

Super Bowl Coaches like Mike Tomlin/ Love Smith & others like Ron Rivera , Bowles , Marvin Lewis ,etc....probably all disagree.

Unlike the players on the field coaching is mostly through a 'good old boy system' .

Not a bad idea. Duce has a lot of experience standing on the sideline in street clothes.
