That's one of the most bizarre tweets I've ever seen regarding a coaching hire. That guy must be Shame Beamer's lover or something.

He's one of the 247 insiders. They pumped sunshine on this potential hire for weeks. They're going to get a greater level of access than they ever did with Muschamp. That's all it is.

Hopefully y'all don't pay him anything and hardly a buyout. He's a great recruiter - killed it for Kirby at uga for a short time.
He'll need to hire a great OC and DC this is like a Sam Pittman hire but it will only work if he gets the coordinators he needs.
Honestly not a bad strategy short term wise in terms of bringing in great recruiting classes and building stability but long term it's a disaster.
I think the whole (hire the best coordinators) head coach thing will never work out. See LSU.
Clemson is the only team that can pull it off and that's because they have the absolute best college coordinator that doesn't want a head coaching job and it's intent on staying there.
