Luckily...we all know Kelly can win in the NCAA, at a power conference, with a rather decent but not great program and turn them into contenders.

We know Gruden looks good on TV, and hasn't coached in ten years.

I'd be okay with both hires. Bring some real excitement back to the East finally. But knowing UF got the better snag.

I could see Gruden finally pulling the trigger on a return to coaching, given ESPN's financial problems.

I could see Kelly being interested in UF, but, having fired McElwain, in part, for being an a-hole that is difficult to work with, Florida hiring Chip Kelly (an X's and O's nerd with poor people skills) seems to me to be a bit of a head scratcher. I would think that Scott Frost would be a much better fit.

Being an arse isn't a big deal if you win and meet expectations, but Mac was a-hole to an AD that didn't hire him and was producing a subpar product. Not a good combo.

And has never had to deal with recruiting or running a college program. What could go wrong?
