I can see this playing out as a ploy to make it easier for crowton to get a new gig. Les makes its look as if he is still viable as an oc so he does not have to fire his arse. The co dc's both found jobs no problem.

I've stated repeatedly that i thought Crowton should be fired. I'll still support Miles but it will be a stupid move if he's not let go.
