I don’t get all the bashing of Joe Brady, he is responsible for installing the offensive scheme. He definitely deserves credit for that. I’m not saying he’s the best OC out there like some are but give credit where credit is due.

For the third time, Brian Kelly isn't going to hire someone who isn't going to run HIS system. He's won over 250 games as an offensive head coach, why would he give his offense over to someone who had one good year?
