Alright to stay above the fray of hating DA and all the other stuff these days on Saints Talk let's discuss the OC interviews.

Rumors of a Gruden Senior role and Curry as OC were talked about on ST by someone people feel has had Pels scoop before.

Saints requested permission to speak to the following so far...

Bengals QB coach Dan Pitcher
Rams QB Coach Zach Robinson
Seattle OC Shane Waldron

Let's TRY to keep this thread about guys we are looking at. We all agree no one is happy with DA, we suck, yall suck, I suck etc.

Its a good list so far.

Sean McV guys or from the same tree.

It seems they are at least trying to make a good hire.

No one from the 49ers? Hopefully they reach out for someone there...though Zach Robinson wouldn't be bad.

Well the key is this is all a Shanahan and McVay group but yeah curious who they have exactly in San Fran that would be worth looking at.

Doesn’t matter. Allen is still there, so they will suck. And Carr is terrible.

Based on the list so far, looks like they may be intentionally not requesting interviews from anyone still in the playoffs.

Besides, that list will need to grow by at least 1, maybe 2, more interviews since they will be required to interview 2 minority candidates, unless they just promote internally.

Posted on ST, but saw that Callahan (Cincy OC) is now a candidate for Tenn. Taht could pull Pitcher out of the running for the Saints as he would naturally be a candidate to take over in Cincy as well as to follow Callahan to Tenn

Bring in someone who is innovative and can take over when Dennis Allen is fired.

Why the hell isn't Klint Kubiak on the list also? Either way, I want in on the Shanahan tree.

trade Carr for a very early draft pick and pick JD5
then hire Brady as the OC.
