That would be a lateral move, at best. I don't see why Malzahn would take it.

I think this would actually be a good move for Gus. He could win easier in a watered down Big 12 than he could at a lower tier SEC school.

If he had 1 good year there he could then vault to a top job.

Football wise Malzhan would be a great fit but personality and ego wise,they'd kill each other. Malzhan doesn't portray ego publicly but I highly doubt he's ever been challenged on play calls by Chizik at Auburn. He got challenged by Nutt and we all know how that turned out.

Were you even alive to see it? LSU is going for their third in less then ten years and you have to reach to 64. Auburn won last year. If they are lower tier, Arkansas is lower. Enjoy your program as you see it your own eyes.
