His name is going to be bigger than Herman's this time next year, damn shame schools have to go through the motions of "letting him mature" as a coach when the writing is all over the damn wall, spelled out in the night sky, and written on our faces in permanent marker...this guy is going to be one of the greats

I'm curious, what kind of team does he have coming back next year?
He was undefeated this year and going to the Cotton Bowl, does he have enough coming back to give them an early ranking and the chance to run the table again to possibly crash the top-4?
They've got Southern Cal and Michigan State on the schedule - beat those two and run the table and they'll get a look at the CFP.

I call BS.
If you have confidence in what you do with the success he has shown, you try to parlay this year into a bigger gig like Cincy or S Fla (~10-12M over 5) with aspirations of a top 10 job after going ~35-13 in 4 years at the new stop.
Unless it's a palatable buyout, I can't see him locking up for a decade at a MAC school...
