So is this where Todd Graham/Gus Malzahn ends up?

Big XII offenses would be ridiculous.

Groves was a beast in that game. Has anyone seen him do anything in the NFL?

Didn't think about that. I bet kstate could average 40/50 a game and still lose.

prince. i believe ksu extended him last season. it's getting to be a nasty trend that coaches with pay raises are fired the next year.

Coaches will be falling like dominos in the next couple of weeks. The early departure of Bowden, then Fulmers announcement certainly makes the race to get your guy early this year. Those who hesitate will lose out.

Up here, the word is that the elite group of donors to the school are are either making less generous donations or none at all, and that alone is a cause for concern in the eyes of the officials of the school.

It's merely conjecture at this point, but people are insinuating this was not a decision from within the school administration or athletic department, and that the donors pretty much put their foot down and wanted him out.

A lot of Wildcat fans are disappointed in this decision while others are jubilant. Prince has only had the '06 and '07 recruiting classes under his belt, and he took over a program that was already on the decline before Snyder left.

I know many a OU fan who would have no problem with Venables moving onto another school.

Probably so. Their defense could be a source of annoyance for them, I imagine.

yea venables used to be a hot name but not so much in recent years.
I think they go for a proven head coach and maybe more of a defensive one
