Someone that knows nothing about football could have read this board the past month and came up with those exact conclusions

This was info accumulated over weeks. Man I’m just relaying. I have a group text with a few posters. I’ll just keep it to that then. I won’t clog up there board with any posts anymore

Dude some of us appreciate it. You post what you hear. Can't control what that is. It at least leads to some interesting conversation.

I think he could adapt. Lots of energy

I totally agree. Lots of energy. Smart guy. Preaches process (albeit a bit cornily, if I'm being totally honest, but I don't think his approach would turn recruits off). He's one of the younger candidates and has like 10 years HC experience.

Campbell's a homerun as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not downvoting and I don't mean to just gainsay your contribution but weren't you one the guys guaranteeing a Tom Herman hire a couple years ago?

Edit- I read your response to a different but similar comment. My question stands but don't take these criticisms too much to heart. The board is better with the contributions (regardless of veracity) than without. My real question is is your info better this cycle than last?

Not exactly the king of recruiting

He doesn’t have the talent base he would have at LSU.

according to moscona last night, campbell prefers lower tiered recruits to develop and doesnt want to chase five stars

which doesnt work in the SEC of course

I think he meant to put it as "potential" roadblocks.

Hopefully Aranda moving Baylor into the top 10 makes him look a good bit more flashy. Maybe if he wins the Big-12 he'll push himself over the top.

He would be a disaster on the recruiting trail. Mullen at Florida is a prime example of what can happen to coaches at big time programs who won’t recruit.

Wrong.

I used to work in sports talk radio.. I’ve never listened to a broadcaster who changes his opinion from minute to minute like Matt.
