Offensively its a great hire, but the 3-3-5 is never working in the SEC. DC hire will be critical.

As someone from Arizona, the fact that there are expectations is a testament to what he did there. Arizona has been garbage for years
Coaching at Arizona is a horrible place to coach. It is a basketball school, it is in Tucson when all the FB players are in Phoenix and has no history to point to

I'm not buying this one. I think agents are just trying to get more money out of these schools buy shopping their clients' names.
