John Middlekauff @JohnMiddlekauff
Had an NFL coach tell me the other day he had heard some rumblings about Chip & LSU. Kelly obviously denied it all this week. We'll see

Middlekauff is a radio guy in the Bay Area. He's not much of a "news breaker" as far as I know.

(I'm a Raider fan, so I follow some of the Bay Area media for news / information)

they shouldn't get that mad. recruiting will always be an uphill battle at oregon. no matter how many skill players they get, they're always gonna have a hard time filling up the trenches with high end talent and depth.

If O is out, Kelly is the best choice.

If it's Kelly, he better find a way to keep O and the defensive staff.

If o is out? Chip Kelly is a superior choice in every facet.

The events that would need to take place would leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't want Chip Kelly...but I'd love to have his offense.

So I'd just cope.

Still would rather just get Herman or Fisher.

O doesn't deserve the job.

The man flat out said in a press conference he doesn't like recruiting and it was a big factor in him leaving and not going back to college. Used the Cortez burning his ships analogy when he said it.

The issue is that he most likely isn't getting another NFL job after this one. And the one he has is not long for the world.
